RMCS ARMS // SERVICE & REPAIR

GUNSMITHING SERVICES IN WEST TEXAS.

RMCS Arms provides a controlled intake path for gunsmithing and firearm service requests, with the scope reviewed before work is accepted.

Describe the issue clearly

Good service starts with a useful problem description. Include the firearm or product, what changed, when the issue started, what you observed and whether any parts were recently installed or modified.

Maintenance and repair requests

Customers can contact RMCS about inspection, maintenance, repair and eligible parts-installation work. The exact service, parts requirement, timing and price are confirmed after RMCS reviews the request and the firearm as appropriate.

Custom project evaluation

Some gunsmithing work overlaps with custom-build or finishing projects. RMCS can review the requested outcome and determine whether the job should be handled as a repair, modification, custom build consultation or another service path.

Safety comes first

If a firearm is malfunctioning, damaged or behaving unexpectedly, stop using it until it has been evaluated by qualified personnel. Do not continue firing a firearm in an attempt to reproduce a potentially unsafe condition.

Compliance and documentation

RMCS service work remains subject to applicable law, recordkeeping and transfer requirements. The service request is an intake step; it does not authorize unlawful modifications or bypass required procedures.
