RMCS Arms brings custom firearm requests, finishing, engraving, gunsmithing, customer support and dealer or agency access into one controlled service workflow.
Cerakote and finish requests
Customers can request Cerakote-related finishing for eligible projects. Color direction, preparation needs, scope, turnaround and pricing are reviewed before work begins.
Laser engraving
Laser engraving requests can be submitted for eligible projects with artwork, placement and material considerations reviewed before production.
Gunsmithing and support
Maintenance, repair, parts-installation and troubleshooting requests can begin through the Support Center or Contact page. Safety-critical concerns should be escalated rather than self-diagnosed through repeated firearm use.
Dealer and agency programs
Approved dealers and agencies can use the dedicated application and portal workflows. Dealer or agency access does not change the compliance requirements that apply to firearm transactions and transfers.
